芯片股全线大涨，兆易创新、华虹宏力、天数智芯、澜起科技涨近15%，天岳先进涨近13%，英诺赛科涨超10%，中芯国际涨超8%，上海复旦涨超7%。
中际旭创开盘大涨15%，昨日收跌2%。
