位于郑州航空港区北港前程东路以东、和睦街以西、祥符刘路以北、华明湖路以南合围区域内。
用地面积：28.88公顷（约433亩）的用地规划。
用地性质：一类物流仓储用地（110101）。
最近关于北港的建设动态越来越多，可以预见未来几年北港的建设也大提速了。
