福森药业公告称，根据此前增资料协议，先决条件须于2026年8月2日或之前达成或获豁免，完成须不迟于2026年8月7日进行。截至公告日，所有先决条件均已达成。因投资者需额外时间完成支付增资料价款的内部安排，各方协定将增资料价款支付日延长至2026年10月8日或之前。除上述变更外，增资料协议其他条款及条件不变。
