7月30日，甬矽电子（688362.SH）公告，公司实际控制人、董事长、总经理王顺波提议公司使用自有资金或自筹资金以集中竞价交易方式回购部分公司已发行的人民币普通股（A股）股票，回购资金总额不低于人民币1亿元（含），不超过人民币1.5亿元（含）。回购股份拟用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购价格上限不高于董事会审议通过回购方案决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%。
