【OceanBase启动首次外部融资 拟募资20-30亿元】《科创板日报》29日讯，蚂蚁集团旗下独立运营的OceanBase正在与投资者洽谈A轮融资，目标融资规模约20亿至30亿元人民币。本轮融资将支持OceanBase增强独立运营能力，并加大对AI数据平台领域和海外市场的投入。据悉，OceanBase 2026年年化收入超过14亿元，同比增长约70%。
