国家知识产权局副局长芮文彪在7月29日举行的国新办发布会上说，今年上半年我国共授权发明专利45.3万件，核准注册商标205.5万件，认定地理标志产品64个，核准地理标志作为集体商标、证明商标注册8件，集成电路布图设计登记发证5061件，新批准建设2家国家级知识产权保护中心和6家快速维权中心，全国专利商标质押融资惠企数量超过1.9万家。
