7月28日，辽宁沈阳，辽中区六间房镇某村因发大水，鱼塘意外来了一只海豹。镇政府回应：已拉警戒线，这两天要给它救出来，"别给海豹吓着，犯不上"。这只海豹顺着蒲河游过来，在淡水鱼塘里待了几天，靠池里的鱼为食，"十来分钟一换气，换气三五秒就又下去了"。
