盛夏时节，有着“天边之乡”之称的拉萨市墨竹工卡县，3万余亩高原油菜花盛放，在河谷间铺展开一望无垠的金色画卷。近年来，墨竹工卡县深耕农旅融合发展，持续打造特色油菜花海观景点位，同步延伸小菜籽油深加工产业链，带动4000余户农牧民持续稳定增收。
