【三星电机与Solbrain合作开发玻璃基板材料】《科创板日报》28日讯，三星电机已与Solbrain公司扩大合作范围，共同研发用于制造下一代玻璃基板的关键化学材料。据悉，双方的合作始于去年，最初是共同研究蚀刻液，如今已扩展至铜电镀液和化学机械抛光（CMP）浆料。
