2026年7月25日，广药集团旗下广州白云山何济公药业有限公司（下称白云山何济公）与北京法玛星医药科技有限公司（以下简称：法玛星医药）签订股权转让协议，以人民币3.3亿元为交易对价，收购法玛星医药股权，成为其控股股东。此次收购完成后，白云山何济公将切入新型透皮贴剂领域。
