中国中冶公告称，7月27日，公司在香港联交所回购160.2万股，每股价格1.52-1.54港元，付出总额245.43万港元；在上海证券交易所回购974.18万股，每股价格2.65-2.68元，付出总额2599.54万元。截至7月27日，公司根据购回授权累计购回股份3232.3万股。
