7月27日，长鑫科技（688825）正式登陆上交所科创板。影石创新董事长刘靖康当天在朋友圈发文，祝贺长鑫科技成功上市。
长鑫科技此次发行价为8.66元/股，超额配售选择权行使前募集资金总额约579.19亿元，成为科创板开板以来规模最大的IPO。公司主营DRAM存储芯片的研发、设计、生产与销售。
