鉴于台风“红霞”对汕尾市的大风影响趋于结束，汕尾市全市台风预警已解除。根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》有关规定，汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于7月26日18时结束防风应急响应。
