美国农业部(USDA)下属的首席经济学家办公室(OCE)当地时间周四根据当日发布的美国旱情监测图整理的美国农业旱情文件显示，截至7月21日当周，约42%美棉产区受到干旱影响，低于前周的46%，但仍远超于上年同期的3%。
