“田园麻江”消息，7月23日，县委书记、县长卢天成看望慰问县处级退休老同志。
上述消息显示，卢天成已任麻江县委书记。
卢天成出生于1984年，曾任贵州省政府办公厅党建工作处处长。
2024年10月，卢天成任麻江县委副书记、代理县长，次月当选麻江县县长至今。
此前，唐光宏于2021年7月任麻江县委书记至今。
