On 15 July 2026, New China Asset Management Co., Ltd. acquired 2,500,000 H shares of the listed corporation on-market, causing the substantial shareholder's aggregate deemed long position to cross above 17% (from 16.929% to 17.000%). The substantial shareholder is deemed under Part XV of the SFO to be interested in the H shares of the listed corporation by virtue of its control of (i) New China Asset Management Co., Ltd. and (ii) New China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited.
