7月20日，圆通速递（600233.SH）公告称，公司第十二届董事局第六次会议审议通过以集中竞价交易方式回购股份方案。回购资金总额不低于3000万元且不超过5000万元，资金为自有资金，用于实施员工持股计划或股权激励计划。回购价格不超25元/股，回购期限为自董事局审议通过之日起12个月内。
