北京商报讯（记者 王蔓蕾）过会次日，珠海越亚半导体股份有限公司（以下简称"越亚半导体"）创业板IPO"火速"提交注册。7月17日晚间，深交所官网显示，公司IPO闯进"注册关"。
据了解，越亚半导体主要从事先进封装关键材料和产品的研发、生产以及销售，公司IPO于2025年9月30日获得受理，并于2026年7月16日上会获得通过。
本次冲击上市，越亚半导体拟募集资金约12.24亿元。
