7月17日，湖南裕能（301358.SZ）公告称，公司终止在贵州省福泉市双龙园区投资建设的50万吨/年铜冶炼及配套项目，并终止原计划基于该项目的关联方共同投资安排。原因是受铜精矿资源条件约束，项目已不具备可行性。
截至2026年5月31日，项目已发生投资5亿元，其中大部分资产可继续用于公司现有或未来业务发展，项目终止对当期财务状况和经营成果影响较小。
