安宁控股公告称，7月17日，公司全资附属公司ENM Wealth Management赎回638,579.864份PIMCO收益基金权益，所得款项总额约696.1万美元（约5415.3万港元），赎回后集团不再持有该基金权益。预计集团将因赎回录得已变现亏损约14.7万美元（约114.2万港元），所得款项拟用作设立建议分派所需现金储备或新投资。此次赎回构成须予披露交易。
