【国际能源署：数周内全球能源安全或亮“红灯”】财联社7月17日电，国际能源署署长法提赫·比罗尔16日警告，若经由霍尔木兹海峡的石油运输几周内无法恢复，全球能源安全将亮起红灯。他说，一些国家采取的应对措施“无法永远持续”；即便美国大幅增产石油，也远不足以弥补霍尔木兹海峡受阻造成的供应缺口。
