7月17日，中国外运（601598/00598）发布公告，杨国峰因工作调整辞去董事职务，同时不再担任公司董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员。
公司召开董事会通过了选举李锋和孙剑锋为董事候选人的议案，任期自股东会审批通过之日起至第四届董事会届满之日止。
2026年一季度，中国外运实现收入215.49亿元，归母净利润6.81亿元。
