7月17日，记者从大连公安交管支队获悉，7月20日（周一）至7月22日（周三），大连公安交管支队考场（中华东路600号）因升级改造，暂停驾驶人理论考试（包括科目一、科目四、三力能力测试、满分学习及注销可恢复考试等）。
大连公安交管部门提醒，如有上述考试需求，可预约“开发区大队考场”（开发区港兴大街5号）。
