7月17日，湖南天雁（600698）发布公告，公司召开董事会，同意聘任肖骏为总会计师和总法律顾问，总经理叶芬不再代行上述岗位职责。
此外，公司还聘任邓灏为董事会秘书，董事长杨宝全不再代行董秘职责。
2026年一季度，湖南天雁实现收入1.62亿元，归母净利润185万元。
