据央视新闻，在配送计时规则的压力下，不少外卖骑手常会陷入“守规就超时、赶单就违章”的两难境地。 对此，江苏苏州交管部门推出一项全国首创交通治理新政，把外卖骑手在路口合规等待红灯的时间纳入平台配送计时体系，该项改革将于8月初率先在姑苏区、苏州工业园区开展试点。
