7月16日，华灿光电（300323.SZ）公告称，公司控股子公司苏州晶芯拟与控股股东京东方签署《专利许可协议》，京东方将授予苏州晶芯实施MLED相关专利的权利，许可期限为10年，许可费用总计5292万元，分10年支付。本次交易构成关联交易，已获董事会审议通过，无需提交股东会审议。
