北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 周义力）7月16日，厦门银行发布公告，近日，该行收到《中国人民银行准予行政许可决定书》，中国人民银行同意该行在全国银行间市场及境外市场发行普通金融债券（含募集资金有专项用途的金融债券，下同），行政许可有效期截止至2027年6月30日，有效期末普通金融债券新增余额不超过20亿元，普通金融债券余额不超过210亿元，该行可在有效期内自主选择分期发行时间。
