7月15日，两只基金因二级市场价格大幅溢价发布停牌公告：
全球芯片 LOF (501225) 7月15日收盘价4.185元，7月13日基金份额净值3.2771元，存在显著溢价，将于7月16日开市起停牌，当日10:30复牌，停牌期间赎回业务照常办理。
华泰柏瑞中韩半导体 ETF (513310) 同样出现明显溢价，7月16日开市起至当日10:30停牌；若午盘溢价仍处于高位，基金可申请当日下午持续盘中停牌至收盘。
