人民财讯7月15日电，中创智领(601717)7月15日公告，董事长焦承尧提议3亿元—4亿元回购公司股份，用于注销并减少公司注册资本及实施股权激励/员工持股计划。中创智领同日公告，董事长焦承尧、副董事长、总经理贾浩、董事孟贺超、董事李开顺、副总经理付奇、张海斌、王永强、董事会秘书张易辰、财务总监邱泉计划2760万元—3600万元增持公司A股股份。
