7月15日，德联集团（002666.SZ）公告称，2025年12月30日，公司同意全资子公司长春友驰收购刘茂昌、狄艳平、吉林天茂置业集团持有的长春昌融100%股权。2026年7月14日，长春昌融完成相关工商变更登记，注册资本6335万元，法定代表人为吴树文。变更后，长春昌融成为公司全资子公司并纳入合并报表范围，《托管经营协议》结束。
