广发证券公告称，公司2025年度利润分配方案获股东批准，将向全体股东派付每10股5元的末期股息，H股股息派付对象为7月16日在册股东。根据债券条款，每股H股转换价将由19.82港元调整至19.08港元，7月17日起生效。未转换债券本金总额21.5亿港元，调整后可发行H股最高数目为1.13亿股，较初始增加420.72万股。公司已申请额外转换股份在港交所上市及买卖。
