当地时间7月14日，美国国会众议院投票通过永久实行夏令时的法案，并将法案提交参议院审议。
今年5月，美国国会众议院能源和商业委员会以48比1的结果通过了《阳光保护法案》，该法案旨在永久取消美国每年两次调整时间的做法，让夏令时全年永久化。（央视记者 刘骁骞）
