北京商报讯（记者 董亮 王悦彤）7月14日晚间，第一医药（600833）发布2026年半年度业绩预告显示，公司预计2026年上半年实现归属净利润2300万元至2800万元，同比增长64%至99.65%。
公司表示，本期归属净利润增长，主要是全资子公司收到房屋征收补偿款。
