7月14日，中恒集团（600252.SH）公告称，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购资金1亿-2亿元，回购价格不超3.04元/股，预计回购3289.47万股-6578.95万股，占总股本1.03%-2.07%，回购股份将全部用于注销并减少公司注册资本。本次回购实施期限为股东会审议通过后6个月。方案尚需股东会审议，且存在多种不确定性风险。
