7月14日，美银最新报告指出，市场过分乐观地看待韩国内存巨头的扩张承诺。针对韩国总统李在明喊出的“2030年产能翻倍”口号，美银估算，除去旧厂因技术升级关闭，以及向更先进工艺过渡导致的产能减损，实际每年的扩张率将低于10%，到2030年将远不及翻倍水准。
