7月14日，佛塑科技（000973.SZ）公告称，预计2026年半年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为8.00亿元-10.50亿元，同比增长1409.72%-1881.50%。业绩变动主要系公司完成重大资产重组，金力新能源成为全资子公司，锂电池隔膜业务形成新增长点，且合并对价低于可辨认净资产公允价值份额的差额计入营业外收入。
据悉，公司Q2净利润预计2.44亿-4.94亿，Q1净利润5.56亿，据此计算，Q2净利润预计环比下降11%-56%。
