据时代天使官微7月13日消息，近日，郑州市中级人民法院就爱齐科技起诉时代天使两起侵害发明专利纠纷案作出一审判决，驳回了原告爱齐科技的全部诉讼请求，认定时代天使矫治器产品及设计方法、angelAttachTM精控附件系统、 masterForce全要素矫治力学模拟系统，以及iOrthoTM数字化矫治设计系统均未落入涉案专利保护范围，因此不存在专利侵权行为。
