7月13日，中化装备（600579.SH）公告称，公司拟发行股份购买益阳橡胶塑料机械集团有限公司100%股权、蓝星（北京）化工机械有限公司100%股权，并募集配套资金。上交所并购重组审核委员会定于2026年7月20日召开会议，审核本次交易申请。本次交易尚需上交所审核通过及中国证监会同意注册，能否取得批准和注册及时间均不确定，公司将及时披露进展。
