“影子”执业药师履历虚构，从未到岗，实由他人代为审方开药。据信用中国（四川）网站，近期，四川云际药房连锁有限公司大洲驿连锁店因存在提交虚假材料骗取行政许可等违法情形，被泸州市纳溪区市场监督管理局处罚款50000元，并撤销其《药品经营许可证》。
