7月6日～7月12日，北京市商品住宅成交650套，成交金额41.87亿元。其中，位于北京朝阳区的融创壹号院取得3.64亿元销售额，成为上周销冠。该项目为融创旗下“壹号院系”高端住宅产品，其园林实景新区已正式对外开放，并计划于今年10月底向业主集中交付。
此外，北京城建·和知筑︱铂瑞成交37套，成为上周套数冠军。
