7月12日，@南京地铁 发布大部分线路恢复运营公告：
根据最新气象预测，经综合研判，自7月13日起，除S3号线高家冲站至天保站区间、S9号线全线暂停运营外，其余线路恢复运营。为保证运营安全，南京地铁将根据实时天气情况，采取限速运行、在站扣车等调整措施，带来不便，敬请谅解。具体恢复运营情况如下：
