2026年第9号台风“巴威”7月12日8时中心位于浙江省杭州市富阳区境内，中心附近最大风力10级，将以每小时20公里左右的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。
随着台风“巴威”影响逐渐减弱，多地宣布地铁、公交等公共交通恢复运用。
