国际时讯消息，据黎巴嫩军方消息人士7月11日透露，一个美国军事代表团已抵达黎巴嫩，开始与黎巴嫩军方举行会谈，讨论制定相关机制、以落实以色列军队从黎巴嫩南部划定的所谓“安全区”中的两个区域逐步撤军。
