据新华社消息，按照《国家自然灾害救助应急预案》，7月12日，国家防灾减灾救灾委员会针对今年第9号台风“巴威”对浙江带来的严重影响，启动国家四级救灾应急响应，派出救灾工作组紧急赶赴灾区，指导协助地方做好受灾群众转移安置和基本生活保障等救灾救助工作。
