据荔枝新闻中心报道，近日，受台风“美莎克”和季风气流共同影响，广西多地出现严重洪涝灾害。江苏省慈善总会迅速启动自然灾害应急救援机制，紧急向灾区拨付150万元专项救灾款。这笔善款将由广西慈善联合总会精准对接灾区需求，全部用于抗洪救灾和群众基本生活安置。
