今年第9号台风“巴威”（台风级）的中心已于7月12日凌晨0点整在温州乐清二次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力13级（38米/秒），中心最低气压为960百帕。
早前，台风“巴威”于7月11日晚上23时20分前后在台州玉环登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力13级（40米/秒），中心最低气压为955百帕。
