7月11日，超强台风“巴威”逼近，浙江台州有车主将车停在高架桥上避险。浙江省气象局发布消息，“巴威”将于半夜前后在浙江苍南至三门一带登陆。
新京报记者从当地交警部门获悉，台风影响期间上述车辆将免于处罚。
