天津市蓟州区气象台于2026年7月10日10时50分将暴雨橙色预警信号升级为红色预警信号。按照《天津市蓟州区防汛抗旱应急预案》有关规定，蓟州区防汛抗旱指挥部经会商决定于2026年7月10日11时，将区防汛二级应急响应升级为防汛一级应急响应。
