7月8日，广东佛山居民反映在租住的酒店式公寓空调下方发现摄像头后报警求助。
当事人表示，民警到场后将空调拆卸排查，并在客厅的空调下又发现了同款摄像头。
7月9日，辖区派出所工作人员表示，已接到报案并介入调查，暂未在其他住户家中发现偷拍设备。
