国家统计局7月9日发布数据显示，今年上半年，全国居民消费价格指数（CPI）比上年同期上涨1.0%；6月份，CPI同比上涨1.0%，环比下降0.3%，扣除食品和能源价格的核心CPI同比上涨1.0%，继续保持温和上涨；6月份，工业生产者出厂价格指数（PPI）环比下降0.3%，同比上涨4.1%。中国人民大学重阳金融研究院副院长蔡彤娟进行解读。
